About

Part transformation lead, part builder.

I'm Samuel D. Martin — an agile and AI change agent working at the intersection of delivery strategy and hands-on engineering. My career has centered on helping teams move faster with less ceremony: not "Scrum police," but an architect of flow.

The last few years made one thing clear: AI is a burning platform for how software gets delivered. Rather than defend legacy rituals, I focus on the parts of agile that still matter — real interactions, adaptive methods, and shipping working software — and I use AI to compress everything in between.

That conviction shows up as more than talk. The three products below are ones I've designed and built end-to-end, each turning a heavy, consultant-priced workflow into something a small team can actually run.
